Manager’s Luncheon
The Manager’s Luncheon is designed to bring mid-managers of partner agencies together to develop the cross agency relationships that can improve outcomes for youth and families. The topics discussed are flexible, yet typically focus on collaborative work, confidentiality, shared risk, strength based work, change management and problem solving. As topics are discussed, managers are encouraged to coach staff in each of these areas. Managers rotate the facilitation of the luncheons.
The Manager’s Luncheon is offered monthly for all managers of partner agencies. The luncheons are the 4th Monday of the month from 11:45-1:00. See the calendar for locations.

Front-Line Staff Luncheon
The Front-Line Staff Luncheon is designed to bring front-line staff of partner agencies together to develop the cross agency relationships that can improve outcomes for youth and families. Typically, the format is informal, allowing for networking and collegial conversation. Partner agencies rotate hosting the luncheon
The Front-Line Staff Luncheon is offered monthly for all front-line staff of partner agencies. The luncheons are the 4th Wednesday of the month from 11:45-1:00. See the calendar for locations.
