Learning Community
Impact promotes a learning community through orientations, training, and ongoing education of its staff and community members.
Training first occurred in December ‘06 and then again in January ‘07. Impact orientation began in October ‘07 and is ongoing every 3 months. (Orientation materials are constantly updated with the latest information and data.)
